FAF’s navigation language just got better. “Lookup Tables” is now “Drop Down Menus”, “Database Maintenance” is now “Edit Features”, etc. We want this to be easy and work for YOU! Let us know what you think.

CASE ASSIGNMENT

This enhancement makes (re-) assigning cases much easier. When you add a caseworker to a case, all your caseworkers and how many cases they currently have will appear. Is an employee going on leave and you need to reassign their cases? Just go to Manage Users, Edit, and scroll to the bottom to see their cases and easily reassign them to another worker.

DISABILITY SECTION

You spoke and we listened! Now located within the Family Info, Disability data can be captured, and pulled into the Demographics Report.

Print out the Contact Summary Report to give you all the notes from contacts with that family. Just be sure to filter by Case Log > Current Case
